About Knibu today
Knibu, Inc. is a Delaware C Corporation based in the United States. The Site is currently an informational homepage with an early-access sign-up. We do not yet offer a live product or paid service.
Early access
Requesting early access tells us you’re interested. It does not guarantee access, and we may grant, decline, or delay access at our discretion. Nothing on the Site is an offer or a binding commitment to provide any product or feature.
Acceptable use
Please use the Site lawfully. Don’t attempt to disrupt, attack, or gain unauthorized access to the Site, and don’t misuse it in ways that could harm Knibu or others.
Intellectual property
The Site’s content, design, and the Knibu name and marks belong to Knibu, Inc. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our permission, except as allowed by law.
No warranty
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t promise the Site will be error-free or always available.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Knibu is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
Changes
We may update these terms as Knibu develops. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
